  • premium subscriptions
  • cloud storage features

By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you acknowledge that access to digital services may begin immediately after payment.

2. Subscription Refunds

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

  • subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable
  • cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only
  • access remains active until the end of the current billing period

6. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact WeddingGenie.app support before initiating a chargeback whenever possible.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • account suspension
  • loss of access
  • permanent account restrictions

7. Payment Providers

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If applicable consumer protection laws provide mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
